Extraordinary Meeting of Cheddleton Parish Council Acquisition of Garage Plot in Mill Lane

Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting to observe the proceedings. However, there will be no public verbal interaction at this meeting, as allowed under Section 1{1} of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings} Act 1960, which states that the Public have no legal right to speak out at meeting unless invited to. The Public will have the two Public Question Time slots allocated at the ORDINARY Full Council Meetings. Therefore, any member of the Public who interrupts this meeting will be requested to leave the room as per Section 66 {d} of Cheddleton Parish Councils’ current Standing Orders
